Crossroads-Chamber-Women’s-Brunch-2025-37

As the leaves turn and November settles in, it’s a time to pause and reflect on what makes Northwest Indiana such a special place to live and work. For Crossroads Chamber, this season carries extra meaning — we’re celebrating 15 years of connection, collaboration, and community growth through our annual gala.

This year’s celebration isn’t just about business milestones. It’s about gratitude — for the people, partnerships, and places that make the Region thrive. While the Chamber’s mission is to strengthen local commerce, our impact reaches far beyond the business world. We’re proud to honor the individuals who dedicate their lives to serving others: our teachers, police officers, firefighters, and first responders.

Honoring Those Who Uplift Our Community

These community members play an invaluable role in shaping the Region’s future.

  • Educators inspire the next generation of leaders and innovators, equipping students with the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed.

  • Police officers and firefighters protect our neighborhoods and stand ready in moments of uncertainty — their courage and commitment anchor our sense of safety and unity.

By recognizing these local heroes at our gala, we’re not just expressing gratitude — we’re shining a light on the spirit of service that fuels Northwest Indiana. Their dedication reflects the same core values our business community holds dear: hard work, resilience, and care for others.

Gratitude Beyond Business

As a Chamber, we know that success doesn’t happen in isolation. Thriving businesses depend on thriving communities. That’s why Crossroads continues to build partnerships that connect local organizations, civic leaders, and residents. Our members understand that giving back — whether through sponsorships, volunteering, or mentorship — strengthens the foundation of our entire Region.

The annual gala is more than an evening of celebration; it’s a moment to pause and say thank you. It’s a reminder that every achievement, large or small, contributes to the fabric of a stronger, more connected Northwest Indiana.

Expanding Our Reach Across the Region

As we look ahead, Crossroads Chamber remains committed to expanding our reach and impact across the Region. From small business owners in Crown Point to growing enterprises near the Illinois border, we are proud to represent a diverse community of innovators and leaders.

Our goal is simple: to continue building bridges between businesses, educators, and public servants — because together, we create opportunities that benefit everyone who calls the Region home.

A Note of Thanks

To our members, sponsors, and community partners — thank you for your trust, your support, and your dedication over the past 15 years. Every event, ribbon cutting, and partnership reminds us that our Chamber’s greatest strength lies in its people.

As we celebrate this milestone, we invite you to join us in carrying the spirit of gratitude forward — by supporting local businesses, recognizing those who serve, and continuing to make Northwest Indiana a place where community and commerce thrive side by side.
