Katie Rose Boutique and St. Jude House Partner for October 22–25 Clothing Drive to Help Domestic Violence Survivors Dress for Career Opportunities

CROWN POINT, IND. — In recognition of National Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Katie Rose Boutique and St. Jude House are partnering for Katie Rose for St. Jude House, a community clothing drive and styling initiative supporting women preparing to enter or return to the workforce.

From October 22–25, 2026, community members may donate clean, gently used, undamaged women’s tops, blouses, jackets, and pants at Katie Rose Boutique’s Crown Point and Munster locations. Donations of work attire suitable for job interviews and the workplace are especially welcome.

The partnership follows St. Jude House’s recent Stand Together Walk for Hope & Survivor Celebration, continuing October’s focus on raising awareness and bringing the community together in support of survivors of domestic violence and their children.

For every donation received, Katie Rose Boutique will add an item from its own inventory to the collection. Donors may choose either 10% off their purchase that day or have Katie Rose Boutique donate an amount equal to that discount to St. Jude House.

“Every woman deserves to feel confident and put-together. This is just our way of making sure that’s true for a few more women this fall,” said Monica Brancik, owner of Katie Rose Boutique.

In November, Katie Rose Boutique plans to host a private, after-hours styling experience for women referred by St. Jude House. Stylists will work one-on-one with each participant to assemble three to five complete outfits for job interviews and the workplace. The experience will be coordinated directly with St. Jude House staff.

Community members are invited to participate by bringing eligible clothing donations to either boutique location during the October 22–25 drive.
