Regional Care Group to Host Gala Celebrating 50 Years of Service with the Spectacular Golden Jubilee—Louisiana Street Style!

Merrillville, IN—Regional Care Group is thrilled to announce its annual gala, Golden Jubilee—Louisiana Street Style! celebrating the remarkable milestone of 50 years of service as Northwest Indiana’s community behavioral health provider. As a non-profit, Regional Care Group is committed to providing affordable care to all individuals and families, regardless of age, income or circumstance.

The event, on Friday, May 23, 2025, at 6 p.m. at Avalon Manor Banquet Center in Merrillville, IN offers a unique VIP experience with early entry at 5 p.m., granting access to live music, exclusive appetizers with wine pairings curated by Asparagus – Asian Fusion Restaurant and more. All event guests will enjoy festivities, including a silent auction, meet- and-greet with passed hors d’oeuvres, dinner with a toast and live music by the New Orleans Brass Band.

The special guest speaker for the evening is the Honorable Frank J. Mrvan, U.S. Representative of Indiana’s 1st Congressional District. Proceeds from the Golden Jubilee will benefit the funding of long-term services at Lake Park Residential Care, Regional Health Systems and Geminus, members of Regional Care Group.

“Fifty years is more than just a milestone, it represents transformation, resilience and the impact of compassionate care,” stated Regional Care Group CEO, Bill Trowbridge. “Regional Health Systems, a Federally Qualified Health Center, was founded with a clear mission to address the critical health needs of Northwest Indiana and make services more accessible. This celebration is not only about reflecting on our journey, it’s also about looking forward.”
