SkinVIP Med Spa Signs Lease for New Location

St. John, Indiana — Luxury aesthetics provider SkinVIP Med Spa has signed a lease for approximately 1,200 square feet of retail space at 8321 Wicker Avenue in St. John. The new location is expected to open in June and will bring a full range of advanced medical spa services to the local community.

SkinVIP Med Spa is owned by Paul Tortoriello and Kristin Tortoriello, who shared their excitement about the new location and upcoming launch:

“SkinVIP Med Spa is a full-service luxury medical spa providing injectable services including Botox and dermal fillers. Our painless Aerolase laser is for everything from hair removal to vascular lesions, microneedling with our FDA-approved SkinPen, state-of-the-art Hydrafacial hydrodermabrasion, VI peels, and our Face Reality Acne Program. The tenant was represented in the transaction by Antony Miocic of Crown Point–based Latitude Commercial.

The new SkinVIP Med Spa location will offer residents convenient access to high-end, medically supervised aesthetic treatments in a modern and welcoming environment. The opening is anticipated to take place in June, with grand opening details to be announced soon.
