Purdue Federal Welcomes Rick Hite as Mortgage Sales Manager

West Lafayette, Ind. (June 29, 2026) – Purdue Federal Credit Union is pleased to welcome Rick Hite as its newest Mortgage Sales Manager. In this role, Rick will provide leadership for all of Purdue Federal Credit Union’s mortgage specialists, overseeing the credit union’s North Central and Northwest Indiana regions.

Rick brings more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage and financial services industry to Purdue Federal Credit Union. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in consultative sales, product innovation, and risk management, with a strong track record of building relationships with credit unions and lending partners across the Midwest. He has played a key role in developing specialized lending programs and expanding mortgage product offerings to better serve members.

In his new role, Rick will lead and support Purdue Federal Credit Union’s mortgage specialist team, helping members across North Central and Northwest Indiana navigate the full range of mortgage products, including purchase transactions, refinance transactions, construction loans and lot loans.
