Nominees should demonstrate excellence in the following areas:
The nominee has achieved sustained success in her profession through significant accomplishments, career advancement, innovation, and recognized expertise within her field. She has contributed meaningfully to the growth, success, and stability of her business or organization through strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and measurable results.

Who Can Be Nominated?
Women from all industries, professions, and sectors are eligible for nomination. Nominees DO NOT need to be members of the Crossroads Chamber of Commerce.
Nominees may be business leaders, entrepreneurs, executives, nonprofit professionals, public servants, educators, or community advocates whose leadership has made a meaningful difference.
