Valparaiso, IN – July 7, 2025 – Humane Indiana Wildlife invites families and nature lovers to experience an unforgettable day at Wine & Wildlife, a unique event blending the beauty of the outdoors, fine wine, and live wildlife encounters. The event will take place on Saturday, July 26, from 11am – 5pm at Four Corners Winery, located at 294 E 600 N, Valparaiso, IN 46383.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the winery’s expansive grounds, Wine & Wildlife offers guests the opportunity to meet different live wildlife ambassadors every half hour. Visitors can get up close with fascinating creatures while learning about wildlife conservation and the vital work Humane Indiana Wildlife does to rescue and rehabilitate native species.

In addition to live animal presentations, the event will feature children’s crafts, educational activities, shopping from local vendors, food trucks, and the chance to explore and sample offerings from Four Corners Winery. It’s an ideal family-friendly outing combining nature, education, and community.

“We are excited to welcome the community to Four Corners Winery for this special event,” shared Deanne Sasser, owner of Four Corners Winery. “Wine & Wildlife is a wonderful way to connect people of all ages with the natural world while enjoying everything our winery has to offer. We’re proud to support Humane Indiana Wildlife’s important mission.”

Brian Fitzpatrick, CEO of Humane Indiana, emphasized the spirit of collaboration that makes events like this possible. “It’s inspiring to see members of the Valparaiso and Duneland Chambers of Commerce working together to create unique experiences that benefit both our community and wildlife,” Fitzpatrick said. “Partnerships like this show how much we can achieve when local organizations come together for a common cause.”

Admission is just $10 per carload, making this an affordable and memorable experience for families, friends, and wildlife enthusiasts of all ages. Come spend a summer afternoon outdoors, support local wildlife, and make memories with your family at Wine & Wildlife!

Tickets can be purchased on-site at the gate or in advance on the event webpage: https://www.humaneindiana.org/events/-wine-amp-wildlife.
